Emmafest Golden Vendor Opportunity

Thank you for considering this vendor opportunity at the Emmafest, 5th Annual East St. Louis Family Fun Festival.

Each vendor registration includes the following:
One 10 x 10 foot tent in Jones Park
One 6 foot table with two chairs
Name and logo inclusion on our marketing materials.
Participation in the festival parade
Vendor tent sign

The Emma L. Wilson King Foundation staff will set up the tent, table and chairs for all vendors prior to their arrival.

Vendor Pricing: $85 Super Early Bird (Before March 15, 2025)

$100 Early Bird Pricing (Before August 15th) / $125 After August 15th

Access to an electric generator is available at an additional $30 charge per vendor.

IMPORTANT: Each food vendor is required to take a class and obtain an individual permit from the East Side Health District to ensure compliance with their requirements. All food served, regardless of whether it is prepared or prepackaged, will require a permit. (This includes bottled water, chips, snacks, and anything consumable.) The East Side Health District (Environmental Services Department) phone number is (618) 271-8722 ext. 538. All fees paid to the East Side Health District are separate and do not, in any way, benefit the Emma L. Wilson King Foundation or this festival.
