5K Run and Walk

Waiver of Liability - I understand that participating in this event is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated with running or walking in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather. I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of my participation. Medical Acknowledgment - I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event. I understand that it is advisable to consult a physician prior to participating in any physical activity. Photographic Release - I grant permission to the event organizers to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and websites. Cancellation Policy - In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed or canceled. No refunds will be issued. Personal Responsibility - I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to follow the rules of the race, including any safety guidelines provided by the organizers and volunteers. Age Restrictions - Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to participate in the event. By signing this form, I affirm that I have obtained such consent. Medical Emergencies - I understand that first aid services will be available at the event and that I am responsible for my own health and safety during the race. Transfer Policy - All entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. If I am unable to participate, I will not transfer my registration to another person without prior approval from the event organizers. *
